I have a Packard Bell monitor model #1024S, 50-60Hz,100-240volt,1.5amp.
It is attached to a Packard Bell model r515 tower. The color keeps changing on the monitor to a transparent yellow/green color. Everything is visible except that it has the yellowish green tint to it. This has been happening off and on for the last week. Would this be an indication of a video card going bad?
