Gary, I have a Micron PC (older than yours of the Millenia Series so guessed
yours might be of the ClientPro Series). Therefore, I try to keep up with
changes in the company. Below is the most recent info I've found, which
includes a telephone number should you be at that point. Otherwise, you may
get help by going to ww.mpccorp.com.

Hopes this help.

Advanced Exchange
(available for ClientPro All-in-One Series)

MPC's exclusive Advanced Exchange service delivers a fast return to
operation when your system needs repair. If you experience an in-warranty
failure, MPC will send you a replacement shell for delivery the next
business day. The replacement shell will be configured just like your
original system and will carry the same serial number, providing you with a
seamless system exchange. When you receive the replacement shell, you simply
remove the customer replaceable units (CRUs) from your original system (i.e.
hard drive, optical drive, and mini PCI), put them into the replacement
shell, and ship your original shell back to MPC using the pre-paid shipping
materials provided. Typically, you will be back up and running in 1 business
day. Should you need a replacement of a component that is considered a
Customer Replaceable Unit (CRU), MPC will ship one to you rather than
providing a replacement shell.
Advanced Exchange is available to MPC customers located within the
Continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

> Hello;
> I hope someone can help or point me in the right direction.
> I have a Micron Millinium PC, 3 years old. XP Home, 512 MB, 2 60 gb hard
drives. Yesterday, my curser repeatedly froze on the screen(the PC froze and
had to be shut off manually andrebooted. Today, the problem got worse and I
now have the blue screen of deathwhere the operating system will not vevn
load.

> It was suggested that I try "http://www.memtest86.com" to see if it was a
memory issue. I plugged in the floppy with the files, tried to boot and the
same thing happened.
> Is this an OS failure for sure and what can I do to fix it. The company
that sold me the PC did not send a OS recovery disk.
