First off, thanks for all the responces. I have narrowed
my problem down to my Supra Max V.90 PCI modem,
which I failed to list on my original post. It seems I needed
to add a updated driver for the Intel TX chipset to PCI bridge,
(whatever that is). Anyway, once I find it I should be ok.
