I recently pick up a pci modem.  It will not work keeps giving me a
message that the port is all ready open. I tried to change the resources.
No help.

It's an ActionTec V.90 56bps
I'm running an
Intel 233mmx 96meg of Ram
Intergraph Voodoo card 6meg
5.7 Drive
