  Yes, I believe that is correct.  Note that the "300" is an estimate that
integer/text applications will run on this CPU about as fast as on a Pentium
at 300 (4.5x66) MHz.  [Because Cyrix developed their own CPU core rather than
cloning Intel's, its performance characteristics are different from theirs.]
  [While individual floating-point operations are probably also reasonable,
applications that make significant use of FP -- spreadsheets, simulations,
some 3D games, etc -- may benefit from the FPU pipelining of the Intel CPUs.]
