Wintop is an old Microsoft tool that let's you see cpu usage, all apps
running, and what their share of usage is.  I think it was a Power Tool in
W95.  Works with 98 and ME.  I don't know if its available on Microsoft
anymore, but it is available on the web and can be found by searching.  It
also allows you to close any running program that is not essential to
Windows.  A handy device to prepare of scandisk or defrag.
