One guess...  If the drive is smaller than the size (in Megs) of the
disk, this is by design.  It is rejecting a size it does not support.
Example, If you put a ZIP250 into a ZIP100 drive, it will chuck it
right back out at you...

Their may be many "other" reasons.  Good luck.
