Don't install another Spyware program alongside McAfee's spyware.  They will
conflict and cause you headaches.
McAfee's products on their own are sufficient to protect you from malware
getting to your PC.
One note, if you use Roadrunner (cable modem) access to the internet,
uninstall McAfee's Spamkiller and install the one offered by Roadrunner.
McAfee's Spamkiller app has known issues with Roadrunner.
