If you right click (alternate click) on the Explorer shrotcut, pick
properties. On the first line from the top, add the following characters:
(space)/e
Now everytime you click to open Explorer you will be brought to the root of
C or the root of your operating system. I have a dual boot setup right now
and one will bring me to C:\ and starting the other system will bring me to
F:\ !

I use Windows Explorer with WinXP Pro often. When mine opens, it is at "My
Documents" and it takes 3 or 4 clicks to get it to the folder that I want
to work with. Is there a way to make it open to the "C:" drive or to a
folder of my choice? Thanks, Bob Lendrim
