Dear Cameron:

I teach hardware Installation & Upgrade at a college. All you need to do is
remove your PC's CPU completely, and then just re-install it. The removal of the
CPU will cause the BIOS to reset itself back to the default settings.

If you have a "SoftMenue", please ensure that you have not also hard coded the
jumpers on the board. Set them to off on the board so you may use the settings
inside the soft menu.
