I have a 32X CD CRW USB 2.0 combo drive that works fine on 1-W XP machine, but on the 2nd machine it is picked up by Roxio as connected to a USB 1.0 port and will only burn at 4X. I am using the same USB external powered hub for both machine (not at same time) and have a USB 2.0 printer and scanner on the hub. Both are recognixed as USB 2.0 by both machines.

In Device Manager I have a YELLOW Warning that the Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller driver is not installed on the machine that does not recognize the CD CRW. I thought W XP Professional would auto recognize the CD CRW and auto install the necessary driver(s).

Where or how can I get the Univ. Serial Bus (USB) Controller?

Alan
