Bill, I don't know if this will help in your situation, but it has come
in handy for me quite a few times in the last week.  If you are running
Windows95, install Microsoft's DirectX5.  It might update your video
drivers for you.

I think this will be my procedure before I go looking on the web for the
latest drivers.
