Hi all,
I'm having trouble installing a Zoltrix Phantom 56K V.90 PCI Win Modem
in a PII 350 32 mb system.

After installing the card in an available PCI slot (I've tried 2
different ones), I boot up the computer and it hangs after it starts
detecting the Secondary Master Drive (which is a Creative CD-ROM drive).
Access to the CMOS settings disappear after a few seconds and nothing
else happens.
When I remove the modem card, then the computer boots normally.
I'd appreciate any ideas that you can give me to isolate the problem.
