        It depends on the camera. Some digital cameras do have that ability,
usually using a special driver for a specific program. For example I own a
very basic digital camera (Mustek VDC-3500) and it has that feature by using
a driver for I believe Microsoft Netmeeting. The video it produces is very
low quality due to the fact that it uses a serial link. I have never tried
it though since my serial port and modem share and IRQ, and I use dial-up
for my net connection, however it from what I have tried it would be
sufficient. Cameras that have USB would undoubtedly offer better quality
