Here is the link for customer support:

http://www.hp.com/#Support

if you can't click on it, copy and paste.

You will need to follow the instructions on the site to get information, but HP is usually really good about providing whatever you need. It might cost a little, if you need to have something sent to you. Be sure you don't lose whatever is provided to fix the problem!

Denise

Subject: [PCBUILD] Missing files

Computer Product: HP Pavilion dv 5000

The problem I have is I can login to my account but I can not see my files and directories which I have created over the years.

I tried to use System Restore but the early point is 14th Feb 2010 that is no good to me. I loss my recovery disc so I can not do recovery.

Is there any way I can reset to manufacture default?

Thank very for your advise in advance

Desmond
