It means that all the contents of your memory (physical memory means your 
memory sticks, but not your hard drives) are going to be written (dumped) to 
the screen, a file, the hard disk, or the printer.  It can be used by anyone 
who could make sense of it to find where the problem is that caused the dump 
to occur.

I'm not sure what you can do.  Ignore it, I guess.

It mainly indicates that XP had a very serious problem in whatever it was 
doing.
