No signal on screen, no beep sound after desktop installation.

Anyone can help? 
   After installation Motherboard Gigabyte GA-M78GM-US2H and AMD Phenom X4 9750 4MB Socket AM2+ CPU, 4GB Corsair memory PC6400, IDE HDD 200GB, CD-rom (I followed step by step the instruction properly). I turned it on, there was nothing on the screen, no beep sound...but the CPU fan and system fan, font light were running, that mean power is ok. After many tries plug in and out all other components, I was so frustrated. I don't to return them, it would be more hassle. 
   So, anyone can help me with this issue. I really appreciate.
