I just replaced my hard drive and attempted to format it using the Win98 startup disk. It formated only 8gb of a 20gb hard drive. The computer was replaced with the same size HD. Can someone suggest how I can get the entire drive to format. I am using Win98sSE. The HD did not have any disk with it.
