Greetings,

My brother needs a word processer on his pc so I plan to install Open
Office for him. I read that Open Office requires at least sp2 to work
on windows 2000. I haven't had a chance yet to check his pc to see
what sp it's running, and thought I would go ahead and download it in
case it's needed.
My question is, should I go ahead and download sp4 as it contains the
previous sp's or have there been any glitches with any of the other
service packs that should be avoided?

Thanks,
-Phil-
