Hi I have a question regarding the DMA setting in Win 98SE.  I have a
Western Digital hard drive with ATA100 ,is it necesary to checek the DMA box
in the properties box to get the full power of the ATA or is it overkill ?
I would rather enable DMA for my CD ROM on the same channel.  My system
setup WD 30GB ATA 100 primary master 52X CD ROM primary slave 8X2X32X writer
secondary master.
