I have a Quantum Designs motherboard with a 386DX40 cpu.
As far as I can tell this is correct based on the AMI bios string of 428003.
Does anyone have a manual or know where I can get a manual for this m/b?
I'm interested in replacing the NiCad battery with non-rechargables and want 
to disable the charging circuit.
