Mine has been doing this, too. According to Netscape;
http://help.netscape.com/kb/consumer/19971028-1.html
it has something to do with the recent change to daylight
savings time, (in areas of the world where this strange
phenomenon occurs).

This should have cleared up by now. Quoting the article;

  This behavior should only last until the midnight of the
  time changed day. If the error persists double check that
  your systems timezone setting is correct.
