Hi Rob,

The printscreen key simply copies the screen or parts of the screen to the
clipboard. From there, you can paste into a graphics program like Paint
(which is part of Windows). From there, you can do what you want with it,
like save to a file, resize it, print, etc.

The key or key combinations are as follows..

Print Screen, <shift>Print Screen, <ctrl>Print Screen - copy contents of
entire desktop to clipboard
<alt>Print Screen - Copy just the currently active window to the clipboard
