Hello,

I have built a PII 350 Mhz. with 32 MB PC100 RAM. I have installed Windows 98. In Control Panel under the System Icon, the memory size is reported as 24 MB. I sold the system and when the customer was trying to install a program that required 32 MB of RAM, the program would not install stating there was not enough memory. What caused this? Microsoft tech support was no help.

Thanks for the help,

Jim Cook
