hi
i have a ultra computer
win98se
pentium processor266
6.5gb hard drive
64mb ram

i have two problems
#1 when i click on a file it well not come up,and then when i click on
ctrl+alt+delete it says  iexplore not responding,
#2 i checked device manager and i have two  (motherboard resources)
under devices,i removed both of them and did a reboot and they both
