--Well Eric,
What you said made me get up and look again,however,there are no pins bent
or in contact with each other or the metal housing,so I can't imagine what
is causing the problem.Could it have anything to do with what's inside the
machine?Is there some way that when I connect the cable to the 'puter that
so ething inside of it shorts?
