You'll find some adjustments available in Control Panel under "mouse", but
some manufacturers have their own applet.
I think it's more likely you need to reinstall the driver, or maybe check at
the Toshiba site for a new one.
From a technical point of view, "Curser" is appropriate, but "Cursor" refers
to the pointer.
