What you describe, "memory dumping", is not any option in the BIOS you can 
change, it is simply what Windows does when it crashes because it cannot 
continue. It dumps an image of the OS to disk in the hopes that someone 
knowledgeable would be able to debug it. This debug activity is beyond the 
casual user.

The bottom line is that something is crashing the OS. If you can write down 
and post the codes and text that appear at the "Blue Screen of Death", it 
might give a clue. It could be caused by an unstable device driver, faulty 
hardware, bad memory, etc.

One thing to try is to strip the system down to the bare minimum, just the 
processor, video card, minimum memory (even try a different stick of 
memory), and disks necessary to install. Pull out any other cards not 
immediately needed, and try again.
