From my own experience with bulk packaged Adaptec cards, this probably
doesn't include cables. It may or may not include driver disks...but
you can download DOS drivers from
<http://www.adaptec.com/support/overview/aha2740.html> and Win9X has
built in support for this controller.

I have bought dozens of items from Onsale.com during the past three months
and have been very satisfied with their service and their products.
