There's so many places to get that kind of info that it would be hard to pick
a starting point. However, one program that I found that is free and supports
HTML4.0 language is Genie's Webfoot. With that you could spend all of your
money on the printer. Look for dpi and print speed if your not going to do a lot
of photo printing.
