I'm not sure if this will work,but it worked for me.Go into your network connections,right click on your cable/dsl connection,left click on properties then lower the VPI/VCI value to 0. this got me connected after 9 weeks of problems trying to connect & I haven't had 1 problem since.Good Luck.
