Note this pin location might not exist on your MB... YMMV.
The MB manual I found was for a "deluxe" model...

http://www.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/sock754/k8v_se_dx/e1491_k8v_se_deluxe.pdf

According to the above, on page 2-28 section 9,
Looking at the MB like it was mounted in a tower,
with the tower standing upright in a normal position,
down at the center of the bottom are two headers
of nine pins each.  5+4  & 5+4
The one marked USB56 is USB ports #5 & #6.
They are closer to the "front" so I'd use them...
Use the lower four pins of USB56 for port #5.
Use the upper left four pins of USB56 for port #6. There
will be a spare pin to the right on port #6 that is not used...

Also see picture attached (CC:), except it is removed
"on list" by the list server...

The marking "translate" as follows:
The pins are marked from back to front (or left to right).
    Manual     ==  Case wires

    USB+5v   ==       vcc
    USB_P5- ==   data-
    USB_P5+ ==  data+
    GND          ==  ground

This should help...
