Probably the battery that keeps the clock running is too old and voltage is
marginal so the clock does not run correctly. Measure the voltage and
compare with battery specifications.

Independently of that problem, if you need a really accurate time you may
use atomic clock sync (atomic.exe) that can update your clock with the US
time standard.
