Windows XP bleepin' gripin' about ACPI error in the event log!!!!!!

I successfully installed Windows XP Professional and everything is OK and stable, but in the event log, ALWAYS, I get in the event log,  " Error ACPI BIOS attempted to write
to an illegal IO port address, which resides in the 0x70-0x71 address range."

Why???
