I checked it but no chip is loose on Motherboard. It is ok there  ?

  If I was to guess of what your problem is then open your case and make sure
  you have either two mem chips or just one or what if it is just loose?  On
  your Motherboard itself.  Hope this helps and you find your inquiry.  =)
