I have the OS (WIN98 first edition)on a small hard drive.I would like to
install the 20GB drive and switch the OS to that drive. The machine won't
recognize the large hard drive at all.Won't auto detect and won't post when
I hook it up as a slave.
I'm sure the bios is the problem and that's why I'm looking for new Western
Digital 8 meg hard drives.
Thought maybe there was something I've forgottten over the last couple years
about installing drives in WIN98 .I'm guessing upgrading the OS would not
help?I would still have a bios problem.
Thanks,
Mike Bridges
