If you have Win98SE on the Gateway, I'd look a little harder
for the correct drivers for your flash drive.  That would be a
"quicker fix" that trying to get a "secure" network set up from scratch...

If you are really lucky, your flash drive might have drivers that would
work with Win98(original).

Note that some U3-(type) flash drives will NEVER work with any
computer less than WinXP. (Even as a data drive.)
(U3 drives "generally" have that logo stamped right on them...)

Other options would be to borrow a USB hard drive (with proper drivers),
or even an Iomega Zip drive...

e would accomplish this task. I'm looking to the experts for any suggesti=
ons?
