Hi Jim!

In a word, "No"! As in "No Problem"!

Although moving the voltage up 0.1v might shorten the life of the CPU, on this model it means it may only last 10 years instead of 12. Just get a good sized new fan/heat sink (60mm x 60mm x 35mm or so) and you'll be OK.
I've seen a K6-2 266Mhz 1.9v overclocked to 300Mhz using a 100Mhz bus and 2.2v core on a sorry PC Chips board. Its almost a daily user for the last three years!!!

Later if you want to you could go to e-Bay and pick-up a K6-2+ with a 2.0v core. By setting the multiplier to x2, you can run 400Mhz @ 66Mhz bus and 450Mhz @ 75Mhz bus. I've done this upgrade quite a bit with nearly no problems.
