Find the bios download for your P5A-B board here

On the Asus site, it's down the page under socket 7 mobos
It's a zip file so you will have to unzip with winzip or similar
They have complete instructions for flashing your bios here:
http://usa.asus.com/inside/flash_mb.htm.
It's a good idea to hook your computer to a UPS if possible
just in case the power blinks off during the flash.
