A quick Google search (Nero + OEM) got me here:, (to another "canned" search),
http://www.pricegrabber.com/search_getprod.php?masterid=2457082&search=nero+oem
The OEM versions are always around $5-$7 (US).
The full version is around free to $50, depending on the time of year, (holidays involved),
and rebate(s) you can get... (I got Nero7 Ultra free after all rebates.)
Try to see or find out what Nero Express is before you buy anything.
I like the interface of the full version better... YMMV + JMHO...
