    Yes, I have a Maxtor DiamondMax 20.0 GB drive (DMA-66) running in a DMA
33 system. Hard drives are historically backwards compatible with previous
standards. (At least, in my experience, IDE drives are. I'm not up with
SCSI, much as I'd like to be.)
