Aren't you going to use Citrix Metaframe as a Terminal Emulator?  That's
what the Terminal Server is best known for.

You will need a static IP at an ISP for your server and then configure your
Citrix client(s) to use that one.  You will also need to set up users'
rights/screenviews from Terminal Server.  It's NT acting as a very different
animal.  You'd better hit the books!
