HI,

I have a Logicode 56k x2 modem. Apparently the company has gone out of
business because their web site is gone and their email bounces back.

They had a "guarantee" of lifetime upgrades.

Does anyone know how I might be able to upgrade the modem to the new v.90
standard via another manufacturer or otherwise? or am I out of luck?
