Does anyone have any opinion on getting a DELL with a Celeron chip vs. a
Pentium 4, if the purpose of the PC is for email, web surfing, word
processing and keeping track of finances. I am advising this person he will
not notice any difference except in price. Am I right?

Thanks,
Ira Wallin
