Hello...

How new of a computer do you have? Most of the newer BIOS's have an Auto
Detect IDE (or hard Drive) feature. Set the jumpers on the old 4.3 to
Slave, and the New hard drive you have to Master. In the Standard section
of the BIOS screen, (usually the 1st one on the list), set the Primary and
Secondary to all "Auto"... then go to the Auto Detect section and search
for the drives. That should find them and put the correct settings in. Once
you start up... they should all be viewable.
