Suzanne: Another thought, what exactly isn't working. Does the HO copy
utility show up in your programs?  It should be part of your HP Lite
Precision folder.

Does it work? What error message comes up when your try and get it to work?

If this program works -- it's pretty basic, then it's a software problem not
your scanner.

I've been told there is a bug in ME that means Photoshop3.5 won't work
properly. Are you sure this is not your problem.
