Thanks Paul,
I replaced the power supply with an Antec true power 550 also. 
I have since found that code pertains to ATI products but the other cods I  
cannot find anything. Is it possible that now that ATI and AMD are partners 
that  my video card will not work with Intel processors? Could it also be that  
the new operating system that I have may be corrupt? I read in a magazine that  
MS will replace defective disk. I'm pulling at straws because I have been  
working at this so long.
