Could someone tell me a good, but cheap brand of Notebook(aka Laptop)
for under 500 or 700 dollar range with a Pentium processor (at least 133)
a CD-ROM (at least 4x), 3 1/2 floppy 1.44 meg.,  with software
pre-loaded.

All help will be appreciated.
