it seems you are referring to BARTS PE (Barts pre-installed environment).if so pl see the following URL.

But pl note that I am not sure whether this is available as on date.

on the other hand you can make a SET of SIX floppies and you can download this from the freepctech site at

  http://freepctech.com/pc/002/files010.shtml

in fact you can make do with one floppy of win98 boot floppy but it requires a fairly high degree of expertise involving extraction from i386 in the win xp original cd.
