Thank you for answering.

It is happening during setup of NT 4.0. NT setup disks ask for the CD,
but when it tries to read the CD, it cannot read. The bios has a setting
fro booting from the CD. If I do that, the boot attempt fails. It is
like the machine cannot  read a CD drive. I was wondering if there is a
BIOS setting that I missed.
